Our mission is to provide the finest Hoof Knives available. The knives are professionally heat treated to insure consistency and superior edge retention. Our hand-sharpend edges are tested against Colorado hooves, some of the hardest in the country. We designed the blade and handle to minimize wrist strain. The hook was designed for easier commissure access as well as safer, easier resharpening. These arebut just a few examples of the type of dedication we have in making sure that Tosaky Knives are the finest knives on the market.
